AliTek Training Overview
AliTek Consulting offers both online and and on-site courses. Online courses or "e-Training" are self-paced courses which can be taken at any time, and you can decide whether to complete all or part of a course. On-site courses are instructor-led courses that are offered over a specific period during scheduled times. These courses may require the purchase of a textbook, contain assigned readings and exercises that must be completed to receive credit for the course. On-site courses feature lots of interaction with the instructor and other students in a real time discussion environment. AliTek offers MARAD/USCG certified instructor version FSO Courses for Port and OCS Facilities. AliTek also offers several online courses including FSO, Security Personnel and Security Awareness.
What is e-Training? "e-Training" describes courses that you can take via the web, at any networked computer, at any time. Online training courses, such as those offered by AliTek Consulting, allow you to learn at convenient times and places.

MTSA 105 Facility Security Officer Training (FSO-105) -- $500 [Register & take course]
This course covers all of the subject matter listed in 33 C.F.R. § 105.205, and is designed to help FSOs understand and implement an effective MTSA program at their respective waterfront facilities. Note: Although this is course is identical in content, only the Instructor delivered version is MARAD/USCG certified.
MTSA Facility Officer Training (FSO-106) -- $500 [Register & take course]
This course covers all of the subject matter listed in 33 C.F.R. § 106.210, and is designed to help FSOs fully understand and comply with their unique regulatory requirements offshore. Note: Although this is course is identical in content, only the Instructor delivered version is MARAD/USCG certified.
MTSA Security Personnel Training -- $300 [Register & take course]
This course covers all of the subject matter listed in 33 C.F.R. § 105.210. It is intended to help Security Personnel comply with U.S. Coast Guard MTSA regulations and provide them with the tools necessary to successfully fulfill their security responsibilities.

These courses are specifically designed for BP Employees & Contractors who need to have TWIC Escort Training and a course completion certificate.
TWIC Escort Training - Public -- $150

This course is for personnel who need to have TWIC Escort Training and a course completion certificate.
AliTek’s General Security Awareness Course is designed to provide each student with a general overview of the federal laws, standards, and regulations governing security in the petrochemical industry. The overview covers:
- Maritime Transportation Security Act
- Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards
- Railroad Transportation Security Regulations
- Hazardous Materials Transportation Law
- Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism
This course also provides the minimum security awareness training required by 33 C.F.R. §§ 104.225, 105.215, and 106.220. It also meets the minimum risk based security training awareness requirements of 6 C.F.R. § 27.230(a)(11)
Maritime Security Awareness Training (MSA) - $150 [Register & take course]
This course meets or exceeds the requirements of 33 CFR §§ 104.225, 105.215, 106.220 and Sections 13.4 of the ISPS Code for Maritime Security Awareness training. Course certification is pending.
